XJ900-4L workover rig, developed by our company, is a kind of highly efficient, stable and environment friendly well servicing equipment with vehicle special purpose chassis. It can be equipped with SHACMAN TRUCK or SINO TRUCK special purpose chassis. The emission level of the diesel engine complies with China National IV standard. The equipment adopts torque converter transmission system. The chassis adopts 8×6 drive type. The structure of “harmony between vehicle and machine”, transmission system complete with special purpose gear box, pneumatic and hydraulic control system, have enhanced the stability and operation efficiency of the complete machine. The comprehensive performance of this equipment has reached the domestic advanced level. It can be applied to the minor, middle and major servicing projects where the oil tubes are horizontally laid in oil, gas and water wells of oil filed. The XJ900 series workover rig is complete with power output device, and can be equipped with working platform, mechanical rotary table and swivel etc according to the customers’ requirements to accomplish middle and big scale servicing. It can also be equipped with 2-layer working platform to accomplish vertical rapid laying of oil tube, enhancing the operation efficiency.
